Hi, we are Marguerite and Roy!

You will always find us taking photos, reading, traveling, spending time with friends and family, or strolling through Central Park - oh, or watching The Office!

Our photography is clean and simplistic, yet organic, messy and fun. We only aim to capture candid photos that represent you, all while having a good time. Emotive storytelling is our biggest passion. We love getting to know the couples that we work with - it is one of the best parts of what we do. Currently, we commute between the United States and South Africa. We have traveled all over the world and have quite the bucket list of places we still need to see (and photograph)!

It is hard to describe how phenomenal Marguerite was on our wedding day.

From the moment she captured the first image, she was fun, spontaneous and has an attention to detail that I had never seen before. It was a wedding filled with every kind of emotion possible, and Marguerite perfectly captured every single aspect of it. The joy, love and passion in every image is tangible!

Our wedding is the second family wedding that Marguerite has photographed, and the first was equally as perfect as this one.

Every single image that we have been sent is perfect. I couldn't have imagined it any other way. Our pics were sent to use very quickly, edited naturally, and I am confident in every image she captured!

An added bonus is that she is simply a lovely person as well, and she goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable behind the camera too.

FAQs

We are always open to chatting and finding out more about what you need and how we can help you. Tell us about your budget, and we’ll tell you what we can do. If your wedding is at one of our bucket list locations, we may also feel very generous!
We love authenticity! While all our photos are professionally edited, we try not to change anything about you (AKA we don’t really do advanced retouching). However, if there is something that really bothers you, we can always chat!
We will work out a quote that includes an estimate of travel costs. Rest assured, we always travel light and cheap.
We are HUGE Sony fans. We have three Sony bodies with a variety of lenses to ensure that we’re ready for any situation. Marguerite shoots primarily on her 24-70mm f2.8. We also LOVE our 70-200mm f2.8 Sony lens. This baby helps us capture special moments more discreetly from the sidelines. We also have other fun toys like a DJI Mavic 2 Pro drone, DJI Ronin RS3 Gimbal Stabilizer, and some lavalier mics. We’ve got you covered!
We believe in authenticity and sincerity. Getting to know the couple BEFORE your big day is always important to us. Your wedding should only be wonderful and exactly what you want, and we are here to make sure that happens. We are there to help you create memories that last forever and capture the essence of your special day. We do have our unique look when it comes to our photographs.
